  So my friends things have been moving and shaking, shifts are taking place worldwide in every moment! 
  In Our day to day lives we often fall into a consciousness of the mundane where all seems static, dull. 
  If we were to be aware of the fantastic goings on around us surely we would never be bored and never take the miracle of life on this planet for granted! 
  You may be sitting at a desk yawning over a cup of coffee and dreading another day of 'the same old..." but just outside those walls there are hundreds of creatures preparing for the winter. The winds are changing, leaves are being painted by an invisible artist. 
 If we could only feel these things more deeply as they are all part of the circle of life that unites us and where we find the meaning of our journey.
 Take time today and each day

listen,
watch
and feel 

 Well as luck would have it I responded to and won a casting call to be an extra on the television show "The Originals". If I have made the final cut you can look for me on episode 8 of this coming season! I play a very familiar role ;) 

   In the wake of the terrible tragedies this weekend I am struggling to find the words any words to say here.
   May all of us find peace in these times and may all whose loved ones have been taken or changed forever by the senseless violence in Oregon or the forces of nature be comforted and surrounded by love and healing.
   Nature herself to me seems to be crying out, her rage and sorrow are great! 
  Enough is enough! We must raise our consciousness and act with honor!
   We are all connected in this circle of life! 
   Are we here to take from others or to share?
   Are we here to kill out of fear and hatred or to love and nurture life and a sustainable way of living? 
   Are we here to cling to outdated and disastrous laws and codes of behavior or are we here to learn from our past and create new rules that are wise and just and appropriate to our times? 
   Please join with your communities and the greater community to make the changes we all need to continue life on this beautiful blue/green planet.
    Life is a gift. Let's not waste it
